When l get it it can last up to an hour to even 2 hours.
The room is spinning l can not stand up with out falling into a wall l feel sick and feel like any minute I am going to faint!
Any suggestions on what l can do?

Have you been eating regular meals? Your iron level could be low. Menstruating heavily? A person can get faint from loss of blood. Or, you could have an inner ear infection. Call your physician and let him or her take a look. There are medications that can help you feel better.

Sounds like low blood pressure to me but it must be ciriticaly low if it is how you described it, but l am no doctor so l would book an apointment straight away
