l woke with a sore throat. The kind that still hurts even throughout the day. This is the first day with a sore throat, is there anything l can do to make it go away faster instead of waiting 3-7 days for it to go away?

drink lots of liquids

l usually do the tea and honey thing.
it actually works.it takes a day or two, it dse not make it go away compltly but it is strong enough to sooth your throat and allow it to heal.

honey down neck works like a treat

goggle some warm Water with salt in it that is what l do and it does work

use the herbal tea with alot of honey in it.then just kind of inhale all the steam from the cup and drink slowly. it will ease and then go away.
