My upper back hurts so much when l breathe in and keep coughing and then l find myself wheezing l do have asthma but when l use my inhaler it seems like it does not work plus my throat hurts really bad im not sick or anything why is this happening?

Get yourself to a Doctor right away. My brother had a pain in his upper back. It turned out to be cancer. That was two months ago. He is barely alive now. Do you smoke? Your asthma may be contributing to the situation but get a professional diagnoses. Something is not normal here.
