The expiration date merely means that that is the latest date the product will have 100% efficacy. After that date its potency declines.

Yep! As long as they are sticking to your skin. l asked my doc this very question when l was quitting and bought a box that had ''expired''. He said as long as they were sealed up they would still good.
And BTW....CONGRATS on the decision to quit! It has been 2 years for me, and although the ''cigarette junkie'' in me would still love to light up, l know it is not what my body needs.
