Ok, So l have colored mucus I am coughing up, mostly l feel like its dripping from my nose to my throat, but i'm not sure. anyway it is green/yellow and stuff, and l know that is a sign of infection. what l wanna know is can l get over it myself without antibiotics, or if l let it go now will it just become like a sinus infection or something?

no you can not let it go. colored mucus is a sign of an infection. you most likley have bronchitis. it wo not clear up on its own, you will need to visit the doctor for medicne. if you leave it alone it could spread and become a more sercious infection. l would call the doctor and make an appointment for today or tomorrow at the latest.
