This is definitly concerning. Vomiting gets stomach acids on ur esophagus, mouth & teeth. That means acid is eating away at those areas that r not used to having acids on them. If this continues u can have serious problems from that. Also, if u r having enough stress on a regular basis to vomit, u know it is effecting ur body in other ways too. You could develope ulcers & bleeding in ur stomach. Listen to ur body - this is a huge warning sign. You should talk with ur doctor. Try some relaxation techniques like positive thinking or deep breathing - that kind of stuff, if u still can not get control of things then maybe u need to take medication for the anxiety, or quit football.

Treatment
if vomiting, suck ice chips or drink small amounts of clear liquids such as Gatorade, lemonade, broth or clear soda
after vomiting has stopped for 8 hours, eat small amounts of bland foods such as rice, toast, Jell-O, cooked cereal, custard, eggs, bananas, pudding, yogurt, canned fruit, or baked potato
avoid alcohol, coffee, tea, caffeine, greasy or spicy foods
return to normal diet if soft foods r tolerated
avoid aspirin or ibuprofen due to stomach irritation but may take acetaminophen for pain or fever
some anti-diarrhea medications may actually prolong diarrhea
avoid laxatives
