l usually take on long hit and l only get veryy little smoke and my friends do the same amount of tim as me and yet they get a lot more smoke than me!!

The best advice that l can give you is to try and quit smoking.Smoking is not good for you.

Are we talking about smoking during the same session or different sessions?

Same Session:

Mostly like it has to do with 3 possible things.
1) Lung Capacity - Yours maybe smaller than ur friends.
2) Lung Absorption - Your Lungs might absorb more smoke than ur friends
3) Smoking Skill - If ur absorption is high it will take some time to master pulling in smoke without inhaling it

Separate Session:

1) More Heat - Add another coal or half a coal
2) Better Tobacco - Switching to a better tobacco can produce better smoke. Try better brands like Romman, Tangiers, & Nakhla
