im 13 years old and i have this pain sometimes in the middle of my chest and sometimes it is hard to breathe? ?

ahh! and it gets sometimes hard to breathe . and l feel like crying thne on my stomach a little bit. has a lil pain >.>

My son had this and l took him to a pediatric cardiologist. Basically they said sometimes during rapid growth children will experience this especially in the chest and rib cage as the cartilage and bone grow. So in a nutshell in his case it was ''growing pains'' Really. l would still tell your parents and make a trip to the doctor. The shortness of breath could also be a respiratory issue like asthma.

If you are having a hard time breathing, and you are experiencing pain around the chest, you should go to the emergency and get checked out.
