l do not know what to do.. my nose been stuffed for six month and when its ''clear only one nostril is clear my right when is better when that is clear l can breathe out of it properly, smell, and taste my food.. it sucks what should l do>

see an Ear Nose and Throat physician. they can tell you if the problem is anatomic(like a deviated septum or polyps) or due to allergy or some other condition affecting the linings of the nasal cavity. the treatment is different (surgery vs medicine) so without an exam you wont know which you need.
