l think it was last month l had a bad flu and a very awful cough (really awful)... the flu is really gone, it has been a month l think..

but im still coughin, not severe though.. like once a day l guess.. it bugs me... why is it still there?

Side story: l have been sleeping very late for 3 months (maybe thats why l caught the flu)

what should l do?

It might be that you still have a virus that is attacking your Respiratory System from the time you had the Flu. If your cough is not severe, over the counter medications might help elev it, but a virus has to run its course and there are no medications to get rid of it. One word of caution, if your cough become severe and you find that you have a lot of sputum it could be Pneumonia and that needs to be treated right away.

you can put some pure honey on a glass of warm water and drink it ever night before sleeping it really helps stoping coughing and if it last for another week go to the doctor
