my thought hurts really bad and l have astuffy nose. ive been getting headaches a lot lately from eating too much sugar l know that. (i luv gummy bears.. =) ) and im going to skate galaxy tomorrow (friday) but l can miss that to get better, but l cant miss the haunted corn maize that im going to on saturday and the party on sunday.. are there any ways that l can get better quickly??please, l need all the help l can get!!Quick ten points!!

Get some Zicam nasal gel, and use it every four hours. Your cold will be gone in no time.

Just go to sleep and rest

Um wash your hands a lot!
Drink some orange juice or try and get some vitamin c in you.
Get a lot of rest too.

Drink loads of water and urinate frequently. That will detoxify you.

See a doctor. He can give you a perscription.

The same thing happened to me.

dink lots of orange juice and go to a store and buy vitamin c and take it and ull feel better. l found this to work better then any pills

l would try to get as much rest a possible. if you have to miss the skate galaxy thing then go ahead. drink lots of water and orange juice. take some medicine and get lots of sleep.

get some toilet paper and twist it so that it looks like a needle, then stick two of those up your nose. it may feel weird a little, but that can stop your nose from regurgitating boogers. also, get some pleasant pineapple shampoo for cats and apply it on your eyes and forehead so that your headache goes away much quicker. hopefully you can get better by saturday =)

Zicam!!!!!!! l swear by the stuff. Also, down orange juice and vitamin c (just wait a half hour before and after you take the Zicam). If it does not prevent the cold it will definitely shorten the duration. Feel better :)

There is a product that is available at most grocery stores/pharmacies called Emergen-C. It is an orange flavored powder that u mix into water & drink like the now popular ''to go'' packets of sports drinks/tea that u mix into a bottle of water. Use as directed & it should help u feel better very quickly.

l am a nurse & use it very frequently during the spring/summer & daily during the cold/flu season. And to repeat the above advice, wash ur hands, wash ur hands, wash ur hands. Studies have proved many times over that that is the single most effective thing u can do to prevent colds/flu/etc. Studies have also proved that good ol' chicken soup helps get over these quicker too, although they have yet to figure out why.

Despite what they have said taking Airborne every 3-4 hours when you feel a cold comming on will make it weaker. It helps your immune system. l recommend taking it a few times a week during cold and flu season just to help boost things.
