Okay so lately l have been experiencing shortage of breath.Sometimes l wo not notice it but then other times it will be awful like it takes me forever to talk because l have to catch my breath all the time.l found it harder to run to like l need more water breaks when l am running.

asthma could be one thing
the airway to ur lungs could be small, check with a doctor, have them see if it could be that. maybe u will get a nasal spray that will help dialate or expand those airways so u can breathe more fuller.

you could have a virus or something maybe you're tired

you could be out of shape lol but really check with the doctor. also remember to hydrate yourself with alot of water before u run. dont run then get thirsty & drink water, drink water then run.
