Right Well today when l was at school l just walked into a classroom and starting having chest pains it was very tight and l clenched my heart and then became breathless after about 10 Min is of been out side l did go back to normal but whilst outside my feet and legs did become numb and l had to sit down and got pins and needles in my head :S

l went doctor and hospital and hada chest x ray but they could not find anything... the doctor just said nothing was wrong

any 1 give me a second opinion on what it could be etc..

It sure sounds like an anxiety or panic attack to me. My sister used to suffer from them, and they're very real. They're also common in teens and young adults. it could be an asma attack or heart attack or stroke next time dont get an xray have them really check u it dosent come up on the x ray

sounds to me like anxiety.
