my gums are not all red.It is only the top front 2 teeth slightly and the bottom 2.l have never had a problem with my gums or my teeth because they are very healthy.Untill a few days before l got pharyngitis thas when it startred to hurt.Now ontop of my throat hurting, when l chew it is difficult because it hurts the gums.l was told it could be because l have such a serious case of pharyngitis.What is it if only my front two top and bottom teeth are redish and in pain?

It is pharyngitis. The symptoms appear in an isolated area, but the virus or bacteria has effected surrounding areas as well. You need and anti-biotic if it is a bacteria, otherwise, take some pain relievers and wait a few days.
