yes. you should go to the doctor immediately and he might give some medications to treat your bronchitis.

l had pneumonia last year, not nice. my shoulder started hurting first, which is a sign of that side is lungs being heavier than normal (ie full of gunk). best nip to the docs - they will tap your back to listen for a dull sound. best to catch it early if so, but i'd suggest they will say that the pain in the lungs is just bruising from all the coughing you've been doing.

You should definitely go back to ur doctor.

If u were diagnosed with bronchitis, u most likely received a course of antibiotics - however, sometimes the first line choice of antibiotics is ineffective, & u may warrant a second course. If the infection has worsened, it can certainly develop into a pneumonia, which may explain the chest pains - however, it needs to be said that chest pain is a serious symptom & is worth medical attention in most cases.

Weight loss is also quite a concerning symptom, & a closer look at ur health (focusing on ur lungs) would be my course of action if u were my patient.

You do sound fairly toxic and unwell and a further contact with your GP does not sound unreasonable.

Definately see a Dr..you probably need some antibiotics and some oral steriods to help you fight this, plenty of rest and fluids.
