It is been 14 hours and I am craving so bad. Should l just go to sleep to get through it?? ugh! What should l do?

there are many sources of help for you. first off try nicotine patches. l would highly suggest you talk to your doctor, he will give u the resources necessary and give u a regimen to stop, he might prescribe you to a clinic to help u stay motivated.

if ur struggling theres no sense in trying it by yourself. get some help from other pple and youlll have a greater chance at quitting.
