l dont smoke several cigarettes, or packs. l still smoke 3-5 cigarettes per week. When l do smoke l rip the filter off them. l smoke non filters.. is this that much bad than smoking 60 filtered cigarettes a week???

If you're concerned about your health you should not smoke any cigarettes at all.

Just a thought, if there is a safe exposure level for Hydrogen Fluoride (which is pretty much the nastiest thing u can get without actually going for weaponized material) then surely there ought to be a safe exposure level for tobacco smoke.

l think u could also argue that the ''not safe at any level'' mob r actually causing more harm than good, after all if you're smoking one a day then to them u may as well be going through a couple of packets.
