someone who l am very close to has to take fexofenadine(Allegra) for his allergies. he is tried other allergy meds but has not found any that work for him. the problem is that the Allegra makes him feel dizzy, upset stomach, blurred vision and out of reality..like in a fog. this is beginning to get very troublesome and is making him feel depressed. he would like to not take it, but if he stops the meds, he gets a sinus infection within days because his allergies are so bad. does anyone have any suggestions? he tried Claritin but it did not work for him..he still got a sinus infection.

nothing it going to stop it altogether so there r a few things get the decongestant allergra or ur choice ask the druggist ask ur doctor for meds to help instead of over the counter . get ur friend to go get antibiotics from doc to clear it up first. if the meds still bother him then take half the dose or every other day & take it at night . l take aller-chlor from doctor l tryed the others also had bad effects like ur friend. l only take 1 at night.he will have to see what works for him
