depends on the infection, go to your doctors, get antibiotics(cant spell) or a nasal spray.

We will l used to get them a lot when l was doing coke, l am not 100% on how you get it but l think its when bacteria sticks against like the inside of your nose, and it causes inflamation or something..its annoying and painful, and you can take robitussan to get rid of it usually..but you might wanna go see a doctor

Best approach is to get a COOL MIST humidifier, and add a pint of the cheap hydrogen peroxide to a gallon of water, and run that near you while you sleep. Peroxide is something your body makes to fight infection, so you are not insulting your body with foreign stuff, and that helps you overcome the infection naturally. (Heat drives the extra oxygen into the air,and defeats the peroxide, so you need cool mist)

THere r many kinds of bacteria that live in the sinuses, & this gets rid of all the bad ones!.This is the only thing that really helped me --- my Dr. told me about a sinus wash that will kill bacteria.
you need

distilled water
sea salt
liquid chlorophyll & colloidal silver from the health food store.
in a glass mix 1/4 cup water with a pinch of salt & heat to body temperature.
add 5 drops each silver & chlorophyll & mix.
using a large dropper (like one used for infant medication) drop 2 full droppersfull into one side of the nose while laying down.
Turn the head & let it drain out the other nostril. Be sure to have paper towels handy.
The silver kills the bacteria & there r several hundred kind that can live in the sinus cavities & anti biotics do not get rid of them all.
Do this twice a day for a week, mixing up the mixture fresh each time.
Then do it once a week for maintenance.
There is nothing in this that will hurt you, & it cured me.
l do not have to take claritin, or antibiotics anymore.
