So yesterday l took one puff of my inhaler for wheezing.
And ended up going to the doctor for strep throat and they gave me Azithromycin Tablets. l took one today. Would l be okaaay?
Or would the inhaler from yesterday interfere?

l do not believe that those 2 medications are contraindicated together..antibiotics and albuterol are given together in the hospital all the time..call your pharmacist to be sure.

Your inhaler should not have any effect on a case of strep throat. Your inhaler is open the passages of your lungs. If you have doubts on this, check w/ your local pharmacy or with your doctor. l use a inhaler daily regardless if l have a cold or flu, and it does not interfere with what ever infection l have going on in my body.

The two medicines are perfectly fine to use together. The albuterol only work locally in the lungs and is not absorbed throughout the body so it will not even interact with the azithromycin.
