l can not sleep and l have a big day tomorrow, its 2 AM, any ideas how to get to bed w/o pills or anything to drink or a shower?ive tried TV and reading...

Maybe you could be really hyper for a little while and tire yourself out. Do things that require a lot of activity and moving around so you get tired.

Close your eyes and picture a big blue ball bouncing up and down slowly..

Drink a glass of warm milk.
Make sure there is no light on because that simulates ur brain to wake up.
Count sheep.
If u have a clock, do not look at it,because it will make u see how long u have been awake.
Relax.
Imagine yourself in a happy place.
Like Hawaii & u get some coconut juice like in commercials how it look so smooth when it pours down into the cup.
Think of what u want to dream before u sleep.
Breathe 10 times slowly.
Close ur eyes.
