can anyone explain this, a really werid feeling in chest area feels exactly the same as when you up/down a hill really fast or on dips on a rollercoaster, but instead of that feeling in the stomach you are feeling in right in the middle of your chest. Feeling this sensation when sitting watching tv or in bed lying down trying to get to sleep

This is probably cardiac related, not respiratory. See your doctor.

Panic symptoms include:

palpitations

sweating

trembling or shaking

shortness of breath

choking sensations

chest pain or discomfort

nausea

dizziness

feeling detached from oneself

fear of losing control or dying

numbness or tingling

chills or hot flushes
