as long as l can remember l keen to know is there anything that can build up the integrity of your lung. l find it difficult to breath sometimes though l have been told my chest is clear and so l would like to try and help improve my breathing perhaps by technique . Thank you any advice would be much appreciated.

I am looking at information on the Alexandra Technique and cardio as the way forward but perhaps you have better suggestions. Cheers.
