they are small white lumps im getting them about 3 tines a week they do be different sizes and shape but are no bigger than a rice crispy l think they come from the air passage from my lungs because l can feel something there but they will only come out when l force myself to cough they are soft and smell very bad l been to ENT a couple of months ago over my ears and they checked everything neck and all l got the ok thanks

l have the same problem. l get them and they come up when l force them out. l have no idea what they are. At one point l went to the doctor and he said they were food deposits stuck in your lungs. Now tell me if that makes any kind of sense at all. l hope you get help because l want an answer too.

You need to go back to ENT or at least your GP for an explanation.

Dont worry !!!!!!!!!!! they are called tonsil stones !!!!!!!!!!! its common . Its largely due to nasal drip . Google it and you will find out more. Do not pick them out .

Oh rooster , your doctor is needs to go back and and do his medical schooling again. His / she explaination is ridiculous!

Hey l get them too! Im glad its not just me! l notice it more if l eat white bread. l just thought it was particles of food that got lodged in the throat, id be interested what other people think they are. Thanks for asking this question!!
