Diarrhea is a much better excuse. Get into graphic details about the consistency, frequency, and odors. Your boss will quickly tell you stay home without any further questions.

If you were a woman l would say tell them you have ''female problems'' cause they do not want to hear anything after that. You can not tell them you have ''male problems'' cause then they are just going to tell you to go get a hooker then be at work on time.
