l woke up this morning with my upper right part of my chest hurting and the pain has not gone away all day could it be from the way l may have been sleeping or because l smoke alot? l do not wanna play around with this but l do not wanna go to the hospital and it be nothing..Should l be worried. It really hurts when l move my body in some ways and when l turn my head to the right? What should l do?

see a doctor just to be on the safe side. l get pains 2 and l smoke so this is most likely the cause. l wouldnt worry 2 much it makes it worse. just do some breathing techniques see if this helps. best answer l can give really is 2 stop smoking which l am in the process of doing

You could've slept wrong or pulled a muscle. I'd give it a few days, take some Tylenol or Advil to help ease the pain & consult ur doctor if you're not better in a few days. If it hurts when u move, it is probably a sore muscle from sleeping wrong or something similar. If ur cough changes or u begin to cough up blood or anything else out of the ordinary, call ur doctor for further instructions.
l suggest that u look into smoking cessation-there r many different types of help in this area now & sooo many different ways to gain support. l wish u luck & l hope u feel better soon, God bless!
