For the past one year i'm having left chest pain during morning when i'm on the bed. If l breath deeper the pain increases. But after l get down from the bed l goes off. It is only during the morning time. I am very afraid of it. So please help me to cure this. Tell me if you know any dietary sources or any physical exercises that can cure this problem. Also tell me why this problem is created. Thank you.

Ah yes l remember having this. Eat more bananas, but there can be many factors that lead to chest pain. You need to do alot of cardio exercises because chest pain usually comes from something that is not right from the heart. REALLY MOTIVATE YOURSELF TO EXERCISING and it will go away eventually. Google Chest pain and read some stuff it will provide much better information than this.

It could be allergies, if you wake up and feel congested or cough up mucous. You may want to get checked for allergies or have your home checked for mold. Also try to get your vents cleaned out. There is a possibility that you may have GERD, which is also known as acid reflux disease. If you have a diet of spicy foods and/or highly acidic foods.

Great news is that is does not sound like a respiratory problem, as u did not describe any difficulty breathing.

Also it is nothing to be super concerned about immediately, as you've had it for one year. You wo not die tonight from it, l promise.

It could be a few different things, & ur doctor can give u a better answer than l could, especially with the limited information l have.

It could be acid reflux. This is acid build-up in the stomach/throat (esophogus, by ur chest). The fact that it goes away when u get up makes me consider this. When you're lying down, the acid would just be settled, as gravity wo not keep it down.

Secondly it could be how you're sleeping. Perhaps the way u sleep is cramping ur chest.

If u really think it is something inside ur chest, go for a chest x-ray. However l do not think it is as serious, or will solve the problem. For peace of mind, it is a good idea.
