For some reason, I've been farting a lot for a while and it wont go away. l ate steak like a few days ago but can it last this long? Other then that, all l eat is rice, chicken, green beans and soup filled with carrots and stuff.
How do l make it go away? I am thirteen by the way so... no going to the doctor or anything.

It is normal to fart,so do not worry too much. l have heard that eating food too quickly can make you fart more, so if you eat fast, maybe try eating slower

maybe some thing u r eating is triggering it off?
do u drink a lot of fizzy carbonated drinks?
l am really proud of my farts, l used to be embarrassed about it when l was 13.But now l am 23 l just find it funny.The stinky ones r the best as then u can get ur boyfriend back for what he farts out on the sofa!
Also u can light them - be careful what fabric ur trousers r - jeans r best!
And if u go in a bubble bath & fart - u can light the fart bubbles & they make a great pop!
