I cant get to sleep cause of some problems. what can i do to get some sleep without thinking of problems?!?

If u cant SLEEP then invite a friend over.

AND when ur friend arrives take him or her to the kitchen & do some cooking as Cooking together is really great because u two will be speaking without even knowing it, & having made a meal together, u will be sharing the meal also & that is fun, so much so that u will want to do it again.

Milk treat meal

You will need

3 eggs 2.5 ml salt
250 ml Cake flour Water
Boiling milk 2 bits of Cinnamon bark (optional)
Cinnamon sugar

Beat eggs & salt together. Add cake flour & beat well. Add a little water to turn this in to a thick paste. Knee the dough to become thick & elastic. Roll out on a floured plank until about 6mm thick.Cut in to thin strips. Boil these strips in milk for about 25 minutes (use 250 ml milk per person) Boil without burning until the dough is cooked through. Reduce heat if needed Add cinnamon bark while boiling if u like cinnamon bark, that is. Dish up as if it were a soup & sprinckle with a mixture of cinnamon powder & sugar. Enjoy hot.

2 tylenol p.m. will knock you out. l have the same problem and it takes 20 minutes to work. believe me you wont be able to think after it kicks in and you will get a good 8 hours. sleep tight!

You need to let them go--worrying never helps, and you need your sleep. l have a ''God jar''. It is just a jar, and when l find myself obsessing about something, l write it down and put it in there and remind myself that God is n charge, not me. It helps.

knock yourself out with sleeping pills. Otherwise, do a lot of exercise to make yourself tired to ease the sleep.

l used to feel just like that - could not sleep because of my mind working overtime about **** that happened, l just watched tv all nite till l fell asleep. It went on 4 about 3 1/2 years & then l talked to a doctor & my mum about what had been on my mind & l FEEL SO MUCH BETTER! l still feel bad about it but l CAN SLEEP! YEY!
try talking to some1 about it, or if u really can not watch tv or read or play video games or whatever u do until u fall asleep. ( only thing is l used to wake up & the tv had been on all night.)

Get outta bed, go lie on the couch and watch TV. The crud they put on the tube will put anyone to sleep.
