Okay a UT l is not when u feel u need to pee all the time & it burns a bit. If it really is a UT l u will have lower abdominal / back pain, a fever, sweating, general malaise, bad pain on urination & more.

Most people think they have a UT l when they only have cystitis. Symptoms of cystitis r feeling u need to go more often & burning when u do. If its not much worse than this l doubt its a UTI.

Try D-Mannose its the active component in cranberry juice. You can find it at a health food store. Cranberry juice has sugar in it, sugar feeds the infection.
