- Drink a lot of water
- Suck on ice cubes
- Eat something yogurt, it feels nice going down your throat.
Have you tried Cepacol cough drops? They taste like cough medicine, but it kinda numbs your throat in a way that you can not feel the pain. Trust me, it is worth it.

l know this sounds incredible but once l had a sore throat and l was out with friends, so l drank a drink called a rocket fuel which is 5 white spirits (tequila, gin, vodka, rum and something else) got completely trashed and it killed the germs and l was fine the next day.

find the cause. try Claritin, drink more water, and use zinc lozenges. follow up with your doctor.
