Don´t worry Fabriel, if the Xray is normal you don´t have TB.

You might have been exposed at some point, but that is not uncommon to be exposed. Or, if you were born in a different country you might have been already vaccinated and that turns the PPD positive.

What did the doctor say?

In my (non- expertise) opinion, l would say u have latent TB so you've been exposed to it but it is not active- u wo not have any symptoms, & no-one can catch anything.
For this u normally take antibiotics for 6 or 9 months to prevent it becoming active later. You might also have to have checks later on it life.


OR

You could have sensitivity to the test, u could be allergic to the PPD test which. Or u could have been exposed to TB without having latent TB.

Anyway ur doctor should have advised u on what happens next.

But basically, no u do not need to worry about it.
Call ur doctor for a fuller explanation if you're concerned!
