yesterday l did curl-ups and l can never get them right and in the class period before that l thought the air was a little strange, but l think it was my throat hurting, it gets really bad at night, also when l breath in deep it really hurts.. please help!!!!!

you might have strep throat.
its going around right now. no worries you will be fine in a week.
i know this because l have the same problem and went to the doctors yesterday.
Drink lots of water, eat healthy and get sleep.

If you are having breathing difficulty you should treat this very seriously. See a doctor straight away, l suspect from personal experience that if you have pain when you breathe deeply you may have a chest infection that will need a prescribed medication. Do not put it off too long; these things can progress to pneumonia which is really dangerous and so much more difficult to treat. Best wishes for a quick recovery.

It sounds like strep. l am a strep ''carrier'' so l get this about every 3 months. Just see a doctor, and he/she will give you some antibiotics and maybe some painkillers.
