l got a reply back and I am not sure how or if it possible to reply back to that same person... but you mentioned something about her running out of breath from exertion. Every time l see her she is sitting at her desk doing nothing.

Being overweight puts a strain on the most important systems in the body, namely the cardiac & respiratory systems.
There is nothing that u can do to change the mindset of someone else. It is up to u to decide whether or not to take a verbal stand with ur friend & confront her about her declining health & ur concern about her worsening health condition.
It is a tough task for u & a harder life ahead for her. You need to realize that as a friend, you're her support team & should be there no matter what decision is made. Good luck & God bless u both!
