Sadly, there is not a lot you can do about it.

The best thing you can do to lessen the severity of it is eat smaller meals throughout the day, sip on water, eat slowly and stay away from fatty/greasy foods.

The morning sickness will pass. l had it for a couple of months with all 3 of my pregnancies.

Some like salted crackers when they feel ill, or plain toast.

from pregnancy? be more specific, please. You can have morning sickness from more thna one thing.

Usually anything that helps with nausea. The most common ''treatment'' is saltine crackers. But when l was pregnant with my girls and experienced nausea, l went straight for ginger ale or a soda if it was the only thing around.

Keep nibbling all day.

Have some dry biscuits before u get out of bed. Eat foods during the day which r mild in flavour & avoid spicy foods. Elevit helps as it contains folate. have smaller & frequent meals as opposed to three large meals a day. Avoid instigators for example if there is a particular fragrance that worsens the sickness then stop using that for a while. Avoid any foods that bring on the sickness or make it worse.
Do not worry it should go by the end of the first trimester. Good luck.

Food:
Take light but healthy dinner.
Drink a lot of water, liquids and fruits, but avoid full meals, early on.
Take full lunch and pemper yourself.

General and exercise:
Well you can sleep more and take your time in getting up.
Take long baths/steam bath or tub bath.
Do not sleep just after the dinner.
Go for early morning & after dinner walks
Get into right exercise/yoga which is prescribed
