A good cause. Do not overdo it. l do not think really strenuous activity is advisable now; you were weakened, had no work up, and are not in your best shape. Blood count may be low, and lungs not up to capacity/potential.

l am sorry if this seems harsh, & l admit that u r probably getting the brunt of some built up frustration, but u really need to talk to a Dr about that. is not here to take the place of sound medical care. Since l already blew my shot at ''best answer'' no New York, with all of the smog & everything else is not the place to enter a race after a respiratory infection. Not that any other place would be good either. An upper respiratory infection is a gnat is butt away from pneumonia. Now call ur Dr Monday AM, so l do not have to lecture u anymore. l am not getting paid for this u know!
