l just do not know whats wrong with me. l wanted to make sure l gave all the symptoms. l work at a job on a computer, and I am on the phone about 3/4 of time, sometimes more. l really really dislike my job. l am always tired. l keeping having really bad sinus headaches and normal headaches. It is hard for me to even get myself out of bed. l can not explain it but my body is always achy. l sit down all day for a living, so this makes no sense to me. l get frequent stomach aches. l think all of this may be due to the fact l can not see as well as l used to be able to. l have a hard time reading things my boyfriend can read with ease, like signs and such. l have been missing work because l feel so sick sometimes.

l do have a rare enzyme deficiency called Fabry's, a small heart problem (doctor said it was no problem that was a couple years ago), and l did have childhood leukemia. Bad health issues run in my family. I am almost afraid to go to a doctor. l do not wanna be sick, and l have no health insurance. Any advice on either going to a doctor or my symptoms? Really any good advice is appreciated.
l know that guy said there is nothing wrong with me. l did not feel this way a few months ago. l think l may try just being healthy and see if that fixes the problem.

Well there are some programs out there for people such as with JPS ..some places like that help lower income families. Maybe they can help refer you to a specialist. l would recommend you ask a doctor about becoming a little more active, and perhaps seeking a better job. Stress and depression can wear you down and act like a domino effect with you current health problems. Try to search for special healthcare providers that can better suit your needs.

It sounds like the symptoms of depression to me. Depression does not only come out is sadness or feeling unhappy. It can also cause physical health problems.

There is not a damn thing wrong with you. You're wrapped up in a whirlwind of ur own life & on circumstances. Throw a little bit of depression or anxiety or whatever they call it these days into the mix & welcome to ur reality.

See, the thing is that nobody is happy. Happiness is an orgasm or a cookie or a break from work.

You have to take a step back & when u do, make sure that u pick one foot up. because u need to put ur foot down carefully, & make a decision.

You have some decisions to make.

My suggestion...please find a way to get health insurance! Obviously, l am not a physician but it sounds like some of these symptoms r probably related to the Fabry is disease. Fabry is disease has many symptoms, including eye manifestations. It can lead to impaired arterial circulation, which might explain why u r tired all the time. You r at increased risk for heart attack & stroke, enlarged heart & kidney involvement.

Hope some of this info is useful,

Be positive. You can try for new job if possible.
Body mass index should be 20 for female & 25 for male maximum
BMI= Weight in kilogram/ (Height in Meter)2

Suppose weight is 100 KG & Height is 2 Meter than BMI=100/(2) 2 =25
This is acceptable for male but for femal has to reduce weight up to 80 KGS

How to remain fit & healthy?
Morning before taking any thing drink warm water 4-6 glass as per body requirement.
Keep ur stomach half filled
Keep ur weigh as per u height
Maintain hemoglobin level as ur doctor says
Do exercise or walking 30-60 minutes
Do yoga ,Pranayam in place of exercise if possible
