This is hard to explain, but I will do my best.

I've had asthma and allergies my whole life, but take medicines that have controlled it.Lately I've been feeling like my normal breathing is not satisfing.It is like l have to take a huge breath in, in order for my lungs to feel satisfied.l also struggle to take a deep breath in, it is almost like l have to put a little more effort in to fill my lungs completely.Any ideas as to what this could be or how to fix it?
